St Edburg's Church - Bicester
ST EDBURG’S CHILDREN’S CHURCH
Our Children’s Church provides an activity-based learning, worshipping and FUN session for children of primary school age.

This takes place during the Holy Communion services on the 1st and 3rd Sundays each month. Parents/carers are asked to bring children to the church hall (located on the south side of the churchyard; car parking at Old Place Yard) between 10.15 and 10.30 am.

We will walk the children up to the church at the end of the session for the final part of the service, which typically lasts one hour. Children can join their parents, if they are in church. Otherwise we will stay with the children until the end of the service; children can then be collected from the church. Further details can be found on the registration form.

Refreshments are served in church from around 11.30 am and all parents/carers are welcome to partake. We will not be providing refreshments in the hall, but water will be available for the children.
Each child will need to be registered (one form per child). Please ensure that all medical/allergy and contact details provided are accurate.

The leaders and helpers are experienced in dealing with children and young people and include a qualified teacher. Appropriate safeguarding checks are in place. If you wish to discuss any aspect further, the church’s Safeguarding Officer is Richard Brown, who can be contacted via the church office.
